Payment and Refund Policy
This policy explains how you pay for SISC Suite, when you can get money back, and what happens if a payment fails. You agree to it when you pay, and it sits beside our Terms of Service.
Version 1 · 28 September 2026 · Provided by SISC Suite
1. The trial
Every company starts with a 14-day trial. No card is needed to start it.
An app your company does not have can also be tried for 14 days before you buy it.
2. What you pay for
User licences, one per person, in three tiers: Startup, Premium and Enterprise. You buy a quantity of each tier, billed monthly or yearly, and each tier keeps its own renewal date.
App licences, one for each sold app, for the whole company. App licences are billed yearly only.
Storage: 500 MB per user is included with every licence. Extra storage can be bought per user.
POS stations: 3 are included for every company. Each extra station is billed yearly.
The prices are on the price list, shown in your currency.
3. Currency, exchange rate and tax
You are invoiced in your own currency. Prices are set in US dollars and converted at that day’s rate, and the rate used is shown on the invoice.
If the payment provider cannot charge your currency, you are charged in US dollars, and the payment screen says so before you pay.
Tax is charged according to your company’s country and shown on the invoice.
4. How you pay
By card, on Stripe’s secure payment page. Your card details are handled only by Stripe and never reach SISC’s servers; we keep only the card brand and its last four digits.
Adding licences in the middle of a term: you pay only for the days left until that tier’s renewal date. A day of a yearly term is the yearly price ÷ 365; a day of a monthly term is the monthly price ÷ the number of days in that month.
Switching from an app licence to a Startup licence: we ask whether to cancel the app licence. If you say yes, its unused value — the yearly price × the days left ÷ 365 — is taken off the Startup price. If you say no, you pay the full Startup price and keep the app licence.
5. Renewal and price changes
Every subscription renews automatically at the end of its term until you cancel it.
30 days before each renewal we send you an email and a notice in the app, with this policy as it stands then. Renewing without cancelling means you agree to that version. You can also agree to it in the app at any time.
We tell you about a price change at least 30 days before it applies. It applies from your next renewal, never to a term you have already paid for.
6. If a payment fails
We email you and try the card again automatically, 1, 4, 9 and 16 days after the first failed attempt. Your account keeps working normally during this time.
If the payment is still outstanding 21 days after the first failure, the account becomes read-only: everything stays readable and exportable, but new entries are paused. Paying the invoice or updating the card restores full access.
If it is still unpaid 14 days after that (35 days after the first failure), the account is suspended and sign-in is blocked. Nothing is deleted. When the outstanding invoice is paid, the account is restored automatically, exactly as it was.
7. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel any subscription yourself, in Company settings → Billing & licences: a tier’s licences (all of them or some), an app licence, or an extra POS station.
Refunds are given only within 7 days after a payment: the first charge after your trial ends, and each renewal.
If you cancel within those 7 days, the refund is automatic and pro-rata by day: you pay for the days used, and the rest is refunded. The amount used is rounded once to the smallest unit of your currency (cents, or fils for a three-decimal currency such as the Jordanian dinar), so the amount used and the refund always add up to exactly what you paid; where the payment provider needs a larger step, the refund is rounded in your favour. The refund goes back to the card you paid with, and you receive an email confirming the cancellation and the refund, with a credit note. Your bank decides when the refund appears, usually within 5–10 business days.
If you cancel after those 7 days, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the term you have paid for. There is no refund, the subscription does not renew, and you keep using it until that date. You can undo the cancellation before that date.
What happens to your data when you leave is described in the Terms of Service, section 8.
8. Agreeing to this policy
You agree to this policy, in the version shown, when you pay. We keep a record of the version, who agreed and when, and your company can see it under Billing & licences → Agreements.
When the policy changes, the new version is sent to you and must be agreed to at your next payment.
